Run Upcote Spring Trail 2026

Run Upcote Spring Trail is a five mile trail race held at Upcote Farm, Withington, Cheltenham (GL54 4BL) on 29 March 2026. The event limits entries to a small field of around 300 places and is described as "one of the most beautiful race routes in Gloucestershire."

The course is entirely off‑road and runs on a mix of farm road, grass, bridleway, permissive path and forest track, with routes that are mostly on private land. Runners will encounter climbs, flowing forest tracks and descents with views across the Cotswolds.

The event uses chip timing and provides medals for all finishers. Awards are given to the first three overall male and female finishers, to the first junior male and female under 18, and across veteran categories MV40, MV50, MV60, MV70 and FV40, FV50, FV60, FV70. Competitors must be aged 16 years or older on the date of the race.
