Run Upcote Spring Trail takes place on 29 March 2026 at Upcote Farm, Withington, Cheltenham, GL54 4BL. The event is a single off-road race of 5 miles held on private farm land and permissive paths. The route uses bridleways, farm road, grass and forest paths and includes climbs, forest tracks and descents. The organisers limit entries to about 300 places.

Race details

Entrants receive a medal and the race is chip timed. Food and toilets are available on site. The event is affiliated with England Athletics, licensed by the Trail Running Association and will be run under UK Athletics rules for 2026.

Entry fees vary by timing and affiliation, broadly in the range of £15 to £18. Competitors must be at least 16 years old on the date of the race.

Prizes are awarded to the first three overall male and female finishers and to leading junior and veteran categories. Veteran categories include MV40, MV50, MV60, MV70 and FV40, FV50, FV60, FV70.
