Run Under The Stars is a night time endurance event held at Carson Park Fairgrounds, 300 N. 30th Street, Paducah, KY on June 6 to June 7, 2026. The main event is a 10 hour endurance run in which participants run as many laps as they wish on a lighted half mile oval. Participants may stop when they choose and target distances such as a half marathon, marathon, or an ultra are possible based on how many laps are completed.

The course is a dirt track surfaced with finely crushed limestone and is described as free of traffic, hills, roots, and hard pavement. A chip timing system records distance and displays each runner's progress at the timing tent. A large on course aid station offers snacks, fruit, salty items, soda, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, and other warm and cold foods.

Amenities include on site parking in a large lot or on the grass infield, space for tents under shade trees or alongside the course, and packet pickup at the race site in the white building near the grandstands. Each runner will receive a shirt if registered by May 19, a custom medal, and awards for top finishers. A separate RUTS kids run is listed as part of the event program.
