The Run to the Sea Bournemouth 2026 is a 50 km ultra marathon held on Saturday 3 October 2026. The point-to-point course runs from Moors Valley Country Park (BH24 2ET) to Hengistbury Head (BH6 4EL). The route is described as flat and includes a mix of forest trails and seafront paths.

The event provides a fully signed course and a GPS route file. Predictive tracking is included for all entrants, with an option to upgrade to real-time tracking for an additional £1. There are four feed stations on the course and runners can have personal nutrition delivered to feed stations 3 and 4. Dedicated medical support is provided.
