The Inflatable 5K in Guildford takes place on Saturday 9th May 2026 at Stoke Park, Nightingale Road, GU1 1ER. The event is an inflatable obstacle course run organised over repeated 2.5 km laps, with a set number of obstacles per distance.

Distances available:

• 2.5k - 1 lap, 15 obstacles
• 5k - 2 laps, 30 obstacles
• 10k - 4 laps, 60 obstacles
• 15k - 6 laps, 90 obstacles

Included on the day are a finisher's medal, a goodie bag and a post-run drink. The course features multiple inflatable obstacles and five music zones, and water is available at a midpoint station. Toilets and food and drink vendors are provided at the venue. Bag drop is available for a fee of £3 per bag; bags will be searched and larger items or loose valuables will not be accepted.

Participation rules note that adults are classified as 16 and over, children as 5 to 15, and children aged 5 to 15 must be accompanied by a paying participating adult with a maximum ratio of three children per adult.
