Run The Woods
Run The Woods is an event held at Timber Pointe Outdoor Center in Hudson, Illinois. It offers timed running races and an untimed trail walk on natural trails at the center. Registration for the running events opens 12/1/2025 and closes 9/6/2026; the one mile walk registration closes 10/3/2026. The registration fee for listed events is $30.00. Packet pickup is available Friday (TBD) or from 7:00 AM to 8:45 AM at Timber Pointe Outdoor Center.
Awards are given for the 5K and 8K races. Awards include Top Overall Male and Female and top male and female in each age group: 14 and under, 15 to 19, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, and 60 plus.
