Spring "Run the Seasons" Cowdray takes place on Saturday 11 April 2026 at Cowdray Estate in West Sussex. The event is part of the Run the Seasons series organised by Cowdray and Raw Running Ltd. Race headquarters and parking are at Cowdray Farm Shop & Cafe, Midhurst, GU29 0AJ. Race numbers can be collected on the day. The 10km run is part of a series scored by finishing position; each entrant's top three 10km results count toward the series overall ranking and the series winners are presented with a hamper from Cowdray Farm Shop & Café.
Course and distances
The route uses trails across the Cowdray Estate and the South Downs National Park. The 10 mile and 10km courses go out onto Ambersham and Heyshott Commons, which are Sites of Special Scientific Interest and Grade 2 Nature Conservation site. The commons are mainly heathland with a wide range of invertebrates, including three nationally rare species. Terrain includes firm sections, wet areas and sandy stretches.
