Run The Seasons at Cowdray

Easebourne, United Kingdom • 11 Apr 2026

Event overview

The Spring "Run the Seasons" Cowdray event takes place at the Cowdray Estate in West Sussex on Saturday 11 April 2026. The event is part of the Run the Seasons series and is organised by Cowdray and Raw Running Ltd. The course includes sections that head out to Ambersham and Heyshott Common, which are Sites of Special Scientific Interest and a Grade 2 Nature Conservation site. Both commons are mainly heathland and support a wide range of invertebrates, including three nationally rare species. The route includes a mix of firm trails, wet sections and sandy areas. Only the 10 mile and 10 km routes visit Ambersham and Heyshott Commons. The 10 km series uses a points system where a runner's top three results count toward overall series standings.
