Spring "Run the Seasons" Cowdray takes place on Saturday 11 April 2026 at Cowdray Estate, Midhurst, GU29 0AJ. Entry fees listed: 5km £19.50, 5km CaniRun £21.50, 10km £25.50, 10km CaniRun £27.50, 10 mile £28.50, 10 mile CaniRun £30.50. Kids 3km £10 and Junior (12-15 yrs) £15. A 10% discount applies when entering all three junior or kids races on the same order.
Course and rules
The course runs across Cowdray Estate and parts of the South Downs National Park. The 10 mile and 10km courses go onto Ambersham and Heyshott Commons, which are heathland sites of Special Scientific Interest and Grade 2 nature conservation areas. Terrain includes a mix of firm, wet and sandy trails. Dog-friendly entries require dogs to be kept on a harness and under control at all times.
