Course and environment

The course uses trails across Cowdray Estate and parts of Ambersham and Heyshott Commons. Ambersham and Heyshott Commons are designated Sites of Special Scientific Interest and a Grade 2 Nature Conservation site, mainly heathland. The route includes a mix of firm, wet and sandy trails. Only the 10 mile and 10km routes explore Ambersham and Heyshott Commons.

Entry fees listed include: 5km £19.50, 5km CaniRun £21.50, 10km £25.50, 10km CaniRun £27.50, 10 mile £28.50, 10 mile CaniRun £30.50, Kids 3km (6-11yrs) £10 and Junior (12-15yrs) £15. A 10% discount applies when entering all three Junior or Kids races on the same order. There is a 10km series scored by points with the top three results counting toward series positions; series prizes are provided by Cowdray Farm Shop & Café.
