The Mid Sussex Marathon Weekend is a three-day running series held in 2026 across East Grinstead, Haywards Heath and Burgess Hill in West Sussex. The 2026 edition is the event's 15th year. The routes are described as multi-terrain and undulating. The three town races together make up the Mid Sussex Marathon when combined over the three days.

The weekend opens in East Grinstead with a 10 mile race, continues with a 10 mile in Haywards Heath and finishes in Burgess Hill with a 10k. The Mile is chip timed and open to participants aged 7 and over. The Fun Run is family friendly and allows fancy dress. The East Grinstead and Haywards Heath 10 mile races are open to entrants aged 17 and over; the Burgess Hill 10k is open to entrants aged 15 and over.

Entries and logistics

Route maps and GPX files are available for download. There is a virtual marathon option that allows completion on a preferred route in one go or over several outings; submitted results are verified before awards are posted. Published entry information includes on-the-day fees (for example Marathon £75, 10 Mile £35, 10k £30, Mile £12, Fun Run £8) and early-bird pricing periods.
