Course and race details
The course is rooty, dirt single-track trail with natural terrain and hilly sections, described as about 200 ft elevation gain per 4-mile loop. A course map and route are provided by the organizer. There is a roughly 4+ hour event cutoff. No disposable cups are provided, so participants should bring their own water-carrying system. A ruck division is optional and requires a minimum weight of 20 lb.
Event gear and awards include a Run The Pines soft tee (order by Dec 13 to guarantee size), a wooden finisher medal for the series, a ruck patch for qualifying ruckers, 1st place awards for each distance (male and female) with a $200 cash prize for first place in the longest distance, and a DFL award for the 20K.
