Course and race details

The course is rooty, dirt single-track trail with natural terrain and hilly sections, described as about 200 ft elevation gain per 4-mile loop. A course map and route are provided by the organizer. There is a roughly 4+ hour event cutoff. No disposable cups are provided, so participants should bring their own water-carrying system. A ruck division is optional and requires a minimum weight of 20 lb.

Event gear and awards include a Run The Pines soft tee (order by Dec 13 to guarantee size), a wooden finisher medal for the series, a ruck patch for qualifying ruckers, 1st place awards for each distance (male and female) with a $200 cash prize for first place in the longest distance, and a DFL award for the 20K. Trail runs nearby

A continuous 50-mile trail race on a scenic 5K loop in Tyler, Texas. Runners complete about 16 laps with full support and a 12-hour cutoff. The format focuses on pacing and features chip timing and a dedicated 50-mile field.

Trail runs and a ruck at Mineola Nature Preserve with distances from 7K to 50K, loop formats, cupless water refill stations, finisher medals, and participation in the Texas Ultra Series.

A 24-hour challenge at Tyler State Park where participants run ten 5k loops starting every 2.5 hours. The route runs on dirt trails with rocks and roots, lighting is required and camping at Blackjack serves as race headquarters.
