Aid stations are located at multiple points including the start and finish area, Old Road Trail, the Group 3 picnic trailhead parking area, and the Rock Dam area. Aid stations provide basic first aid supplies, electrolytes, a variety of salty and sweet snacks, and Crazy Water. The event is cupless; refillable bottles are refilled at aid stations.
Finishers receive a custom medal and race shirts are available for those who register by the stated deadline. Awards are given to first place male and female finishers in each distance.
