Participants receive aid station food and hydration. The event is a "No Cup Race," so participants must bring their own water-carrying system. The course is fully marked and supported. An optional ruck division is available with a 20-pound minimum weight requirement.

Awards and Amenities

Awards are given for 1st place male and female in all distances, with a $200 cash prize for 1st place in the longest distance (30K). A "Dead Freakin' Last" (DFL) award is given for the 30K distance.
