Course and facilities

The route is a multi-terrain trail entirely within Gatton Park. It includes steep declines, a weir crossing and a narrow, uneven trim trail. The course has varied surfaces, including muddy and firmer sections, and some undulating terrain. Because of the route nature, wheelchair and pushchair entries are not permitted. Dogs may only take part in the canicross event.

On-site services and event features include marshals and course marking, medical support and on-site first aid, a water station, toilets, secure bag drop, music, refreshments and post-race goodies. Pre-bookable parking is available on site, with stated proceeds going to the Gatton Park Trust. There is no shower or changing area. There is no overall time limit for finishers; marshals are stood down two hours after the start. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
