Run London Epping Forest Trail 10k is a two-lap, 10-kilometre trail race in Epping Forest, Chingford. The undulating, multi-terrain course runs along forest tracks and finishes on the open grass by Chingford Plain Car Park, in a traffic-free setting. The forest, managed by the City of London, is a site of national and international conservation importance, home to thousands of ancient pollard trees and around 100 lakes.

The event uses chip timing, kilometre markers each kilometre, and a water station at 5km, with race HQ at Chingford Plain. Entries are capped at 600; medals for finishers and prizes for winners and age groups. Minimum age 15. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
