Run London Epping Forest Trail 10k - March 2026

This event is a traffic free trail race held in Epping Forest, Chingford, on 29th March 2026. The course comprises two laps of forest tracks and starts and finishes on the open grassed area next to Chingford Plain Car Park. The route is undulating and run on multi terrain surfaces, with distance markers every kilometre.

Entries are limited to 600 and close on 23rd March 2026. Minimum age to enter is 15. Entry fees are listed as £22.00 for affiliated runners and £24.00 for unaffiliated runners. Registration and race headquarters are at Chingford Plain, E4 7AZ, with bag drop and basic changing facilities available. Parking is suggested at the Bury Road Overflow Carpark.

Chip timing is provided by Timing4Sport and results are recorded by gun time for positions. A water station is located at 5 km and light refreshments are available at race headquarters. Finishers receive a medal. Individual cash prizes are awarded to the first three male and female finishers and there are age group and team prize conditions that require minimum numbers for qualification.
