Run Like the Wind 5K / 2K / Dog Jog - Allenspark

Run Like the Wind is the 14th annual community running event hosted by The Old Gallery in Allenspark, Colorado, held on Saturday, August 29, 2026, during Labor Day weekend. The event offers two primary distances:

5K Run
2K Run / Walk

The 5K course starts and finishes downtown and provides views of Mount Meeker and the Continental Divide. The 2K is presented as a non-competitive walk and fun run. Dogs may join either event for an additional fee of $5 and participating dogs are automatically entered in an amateur dog show held after the races.
