Run Like Hell

Run Like Hell is a trail running event held in Cornwall. The race begins and ends at Hell's Mouth Kitchen and Bar near Gwithian. The course follows the rugged North cliffs of Cornwall, leading participants out to the bay at Portreath before they return to the starting point.

The route consists entirely of trails and includes various terrain features. Participants can expect a course that features large hills and coastal views overlooking the North Cornish cliffs. The event is held under an ARC permit and requires all participants to be at least 18 years of age.

Registration options include categories for affiliated runners belonging to UKA or ARC clubs, as well as non-affiliated runners. A specific Green Entry option is available for those who choose to run or cycle to the event venue. The race rules allow for external crew members to assist participants, but support runners on the course are prohibited.

The event organizers have established specific safety and administrative policies. In the event of an Amber or Red weather warning from the Met Office, the race may be rescheduled or held as a virtual event. Refund requests are processed up to four weeks before the race date, and deferral requests are accepted up to two weeks before the event starts.
