Run For Freedom - Freedom Hills Ministries

The event is the second annual Freedom Hills Ministries Trail Races, held on September 25, 2026. It is organized as a MORM Timed event and features multiple trail race distances along with youth and adult categories.

Race offerings and features:

  • 10K Trail Run with electronic chip timing; early entry pricing applies through July 31.
  • 5K Trail Run with electronic chip timing; early entry pricing applies through July 31.
  • 1 Mile Kid's Fun Run with age-bracket prizes for the top three boys and top three girls; early entry pricing applies through July 31.

Medals are provided for all finishers in every race. The 1 mile race lists age brackets of 10 and under and 11 to 14. The 5K and 10K include a 14 and under category and multiple adult brackets, with prizes awarded to top male and female finishers in each bracket. Food and drinks will be available at the event.

Early and standard entry fees are specified per race with an increase after July 31. A separate endurance event called the Ultimate Challenger Race is scheduled for Saturday, September 26 and involves completing a 5K every hour for 12 hours.
