Rosemullion 10k takes place on Sunday 26 October 2025 and is organised by Falmouth Running Club. It is part of the Cornwall Multi Terrain Race Series. The event has an entry limit of 250 and the published entry fees are £15 for UKA members and £17 for non-members. The minimum age is 16 years.

Course, entries and prizes

The route starts and finishes at Carwinion Playing Field, Carwinion Road, Mawnan Smith, TR11 5JD. The course is mostly off road and uses local footpaths, the coast path around Rosemullion Head and the entrance to the Helford River, together with tracks, fields and country lanes. The race has a cut-off time of 1 hour 45 minutes.

At the time of publication the event is full; new entrants are placed on a waiting list. Entries recorded were 249 participants with 5 on the waiting list. All finishers receive a medal and memento. Prizes are awarded to the top three men and top three women, and to the top three in each of these age categories for men and women: Under 35, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75+.
