Rosemullion 10k

The Rosemullion 10k takes place on 26 October 2025 and is organised by Falmouth Running Club. The event distance is 10 km and is part of the Cornwall Multi Terrain Race Series. The venue is Carwinion Playing Field, Carwinion Road, Mawnan Smith, TR11 5JD. Entries open 21 July 2025 and close 24 October 2025. Entry limit 250; entries so far 164 participants. Minimum age is 16 or older. Entry fees are UKA members £15 and non-members £17.

Course and race information

The route is mostly off road, using local footpaths, the coast path around Rosemullion Head and the entrance of the Helford River, as well as tracks, fields and country lanes. The race starts and finishes at Carwinion Playing Field. The race cut off is 1 hour 45 minutes.

All finishers receive a medal and memento. Prizes are awarded to the top three men and top three women, and to the top three in these age categories for men and women: under 35; 35-39; 40-44; 45-49; 50-54; 55-59; 60-64; 65-69; 70-74; 75+.
