Course Details

The 50-mile and 27-mile races use the final sections of the 100-mile course. Aid stations are located every 5-10 miles. Due to permit restrictions with the National Park Service, running is only permitted on Lookout Mountain during daylight hours.

The entry fee includes a ticket to the accompanying Whiskey Festival, which features tastings from more than 20 distilleries and a meal. Live music is planned for the festival area. Finisher awards include an event shirt, a whiskey tumbler, and a belt buckle. The event is a cupless race; participants are asked to bring their own refillable water bottles.
