Rise & Run Ultra

Rise & Run Ultra takes place on July 18, 2026 in Wellsboro, PA, on the West Rim Trail in the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon. The event is organized by Tyoga Running Club and offers two measured trail distances with an out and back format.

  • 50K: out and back on the West Rim Trail, one aid station and one water drop.
  • 25K: out and back on the West Rim Trail, one water drop and no aid station.

Both distances have a finish cutoff at noon. The race follows a minimal support model; runners are expected to carry their own supplies between aid points. A branded Rise & Run camp cup is awarded to finishers. The first male and the first female finisher in each race earn a free registration for the following year under the "Win & You're In" challenge. A post race breakfast is provided at the finish. Entry fees listed for the event were fifty dollars for the 50K and twenty five dollars for the 25K. Registration closed on July 4, 2026 at 11:59 PM.
