Ridge Runner 5k & 1 Mile Fun Run
The Ridge Runner 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run take place on September 19, 2026 at Big Ridge State Park in Maynardville, Tennessee. The course begins and ends at the park on State Highway 61 between Norris and Maynardville.

Online preregistration opens February 27, 2026 and closes September 18, 2026. Preregistration fees are $30 for the 5K and $15 for the 1 mile. Race day registration fees are $35 for the 5K and $20 for the 1 mile. Online registration is available.
T shirts are guaranteed for participants registered before September 11, 2026. Race numbers are not mailed and must be picked up at the race site.
Medals are awarded to the top three male and female finishers in each age category. Ribbons are given to all 1 mile participants. All fees support the Y's health and wellness programs and education for school age children.
