Resolution 5K (January 1, 2026)

The Resolution 5K is the 6th annual community 5K event at Stevens Creek Nature Preserve in Mint Hill, North Carolina. The event is organized by OMR Ultra Endurance Events and is a chip-timed run or walk held on the preserve's trail system. Participation is free and the event is open to all ages and abilities. Registration is limited to the first 100 participants.

Location, course and facilities

The event takes place at Stevens Creek Nature Preserve, 15700 Thompson Road, Mint Hill, NC 28227. The course runs on scenic trails within the preserve. There are no non-natural bathroom facilities on the course; a portable restroom will be available in the parking lot. Parking is at the preserve’s main parking lot. One water and electrolyte aid station will be provided at the start/finish area.

Packet pickup will be at the preserve parking lot before the event. Organizers request participants consider bringing non-perishable food donations; donations will be passed to a local food bank.
