Ranger Ultras High Peak HP18km Trail Run is a low-key, great-value trail race in Derbyshire’s Peak District. The 18-kilometre out-and-back course starts and finishes in Whaley Bridge, climbing to the upper Goyt Valley with about 488 metres of ascent. Runners enjoy fast trails, challenging ascents, and iconic Peak District scenery, suitable for both newcomers to off-road running and experienced athletes. The route is self-navigating, with Ranger Ultras Safety Team support on course and at the HQ. Extras include a water stop, navigation notes and a GPX file, finishers eco medals, and prizes for top positions, with a small field (up to 40).
