Sandwell Pretty Muddy 5k

Race for Life Pretty Muddy Sandwell is a 5k obstacle event at Sandwell Valley Country Park on Saturday 13 June 2026. The course starts and finishes on grass on the showground in front of Park Farm and routes through grass, paths and woodland with multiple obstacles. Waves start every 15 minutes to manage numbers on the course. Participants must be 13 years of age or older. Marshals are available on course to assist if someone needs to skip an obstacle. The event is not suitable for wheelchair users and is not suitable for pushchairs.

Entry costs listed are £22.49 for adults and £12.00 for children, with a minimum fundraising target of £50.00. A Spring Sale offer provides 50 percent off entry on 2026 events with code SPRING26 until 19 April 2026.

Travel and facilities information includes Pavilion car park and overflow parking with steward guidance and charges of up to £2, allocated Blue Badge spaces, a drop off area, and no electric vehicle charging. The venue is about a 25 minute walk from West Bromwich and from the nearest train station West Brom Central. Bus routes 4, 5, 16, 40, 45 and 46 serve the park. On site there are refreshments and toilets; dogs, showers and bag drop are not available.
