Kingston and Kempton Park Pretty Muddy 5k
The event is a Pretty Muddy 5k obstacle course held at Kempton Park Racecourse in Sunbury-on-Thames, TW16 5AQ. Participants climb, crawl and slide around a course laid mostly on tarmac that is flat throughout. Small sections cross the racetrack and may have slightly uneven ground. The start and finish areas are on a mixture of grass and hardstanding.
The event is open to people aged 13 and older. A separate Pretty Muddy Kids offering is available for younger children. Start times are organised in staggered waves to manage safety and flow on the course. The meeting point is in the centre of the racecourse; signs and stewards provide directions on arrival.
Facilities listed for this event include refreshments, toilets and free parking within the racecourse car park, with blue badge bays available. Dogs are not allowed. The event is not suitable for wheelchair users or pushchairs. Sunflower wristbands and British Sign Language stage content are provided to support accessibility, and Event Managers have dementia friendly training.
