Kingston and Kempton Park Pretty Muddy 5k

The event is a Pretty Muddy 5k obstacle course at Kempton Park Racecourse on Saturday 04 Jul 2026. The course includes obstacles to climb, crawl and slide and is designed to be completed at participants' own pace. Participants must be 13 years of age or older. A separate Pretty Muddy Kids series is available for children aged 12 and under.

The start and finish are on a mixture of grass and hardstanding. The main course is on tarmac and is flat throughout, with small sections over the racetrack that can create slightly uneven ground. Wave starts are staggered every 15 minutes; groups should register for the same wave time. The start location is in the centre of the racecourse; stewards and signage will direct arrivals and the what3words location ///mute.fits.detail identifies the start point.

Entry fees are listed as Adults £22.49 and Children £12.00. The minimum fundraising target is £50.00. A spring sale offers 50% off entry on 2026 events with code SPRING26 until 19 April 2026, terms apply.

On-site facilities include refreshments, toilets and parking. Free parking is available within Kempton Park Racecourse Car Park, with blue badge bays and drop-off access. Bike racks are provided near the north entrance and south gate. Dogs are not allowed. The event is not suitable for pushchairs or wheelchair users. Sunflower wristbands, trained Event Managers, and a BSL QR code are available to support accessibility.
