Birmingham Pretty Muddy 5k : Cofton Park, Birmingham

The event is a Pretty Muddy 5k obstacle course held at Cofton Park on Saturday 11 July 2026. The start and finish areas are on grass, a short walk from on-site car parking. The course runs entirely on grass; there are some flat sections but it is hilly in parts.

Start times are staggered in waves every 15 minutes to manage numbers on the course. Participants must be at least 13 years old on the event date; there are separate Pretty Muddy Kids events for younger children. The event notes that wheelchair users and pushchairs are not suitable for this course.

Transport and facilities information includes event parking on grass, a regular bus service (No 47) from Birmingham city centre, and the nearest train station at Longbridge about 1.5 miles away. On-site facilities listed are refreshments and toilets. Dogs are not allowed. Blue badge holders will be directed to the nearest available parking; electric vehicle charging and bike racks are not provided.

Entry prices range from £12.00 for children to £22.49 for adults and the minimum fundraising target is £50.00. Participants receive a fundraising pack, a customisable back sign, training support and a Race for Life finisher medal. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
