Birmingham Pretty Muddy 5k

The event is a 5 km obstacle course at Cofton Park, Low Hill Lane, Longbridge, Birmingham (B31 2BQ). The course is on grass with some flat sections and hilly parts. The start and finish areas are on grass and are a short walk from the on-site car parking area.

The course includes climbing, crawling and sliding obstacles. Waves start every 15 minutes to manage safety on the course. Marshals are present to assist participants and people may skip an obstacle and move to the next one. Entry is restricted to those aged 13 and over; separate Pretty Muddy Kids events are available for younger children.

Participants are encouraged to fundraise; the minimum fundraising target listed is £50. Entry prices for earlybird tickets are shown from £6.00 for children to £11.24 for adults. Registrants receive a fundraising pack, a customisable back sign, training plans and a Race for Life medal on completion.

Facilities noted for the event: refreshments, toilets and parking on grass. There is no bag drop, no showers and the site is not suitable for pushchairs; the event is not wheelchair accessible. Blue Badge parking is accommodated in the event car park on grass. There are no electric charging points and no bike racks.
