Birmingham Pretty Muddy 5k : Cofton Park, 11 July 2026

The event is a Pretty Muddy 5k obstacle course held at Cofton Park, Low Hill Lane, Longbridge, Birmingham. The course is on grass with start and finish areas on grass a short walk from the on-site car parking. There are some flat sections but the route is hilly in parts. Obstacles include sections to climb, crawl and slide.

Entry fees shown are £22.49 for adults and £12.00 for children. The minimum fundraising target is £50.00. Event parking is on grass and blue badge holders will be directed to the nearest available space; weather may affect suitability for disabled access. There are no electric charging points and no bike racks. A regular bus service number 47 serves the venue and Longbridge train station is around 1.5 miles away.

Facilities available on site include refreshments, toilets and parking. Facilities not available or not suitable include bag drop, showers, pushchair access and wheelchair access. Dogs are not allowed.

Pretty Muddy start times are staggered in waves every 15 minutes; participants signed up as a group should choose the same wave. To take part participants must be 13 years of age or older.
