Birmingham Pretty Muddy 5k

The event is a 5 km Pretty Muddy obstacle course at Cofton Park, Longbridge, on Saturday 11 July 2026. Entry prices listed are £22.49 for adults and £12.00 for children, with a minimum fundraising target of £50.00.

The course is on grass with some flat sections and hilly parts. The start and finish areas are both on grass and are a short walk from the on-site car parking. Starts are organised in staggered waves, with each wave beginning at 15 minute intervals. Participants must be 13 years of age or older to take part; separate Pretty Muddy Kids events are provided for children aged 12 and under.

On-site facilities include refreshments, toilets and event parking. The event is not suitable for wheelchair users and is not suitable for pushchairs. Dogs are not allowed. There is no bag drop, no showers, no cycling racks and no electric vehicle charging points. Car park stewards will direct blue badge holders to the nearest suitable space, though weather and ground conditions may affect access.

Travel options include a regular bus service No 47 from Birmingham city centre and Longbridge train station approximately 1.5 miles from the venue.
