Course, access and race policies
The course runs through an active limestone quarry with rugged terrain and on-site industrial equipment. Participants will pass haul trucks, loaders, draglines and other heavy machinery along the route. All participants, including walkers and children, must register and wear a bib to access the course. Baby strollers are not allowed on the course. Students must present valid ID to receive their race packet; without ID they must pay the difference in registration fees. Proceeds from the race are designated for "Insert charioty here," a nonprofit described as raising funds and awareness in the fight against cancer.
