Course formats use repeated loops around the campground and lake. The 50K is a 10 mile loop repeated three times with about 2,300 feet of elevation gain per lap. The 100K uses a 20 mile loop around the entire lake repeated three times with about 4,400 feet of elevation gain per lap. Aid and logistics include a transition area at the start and finish where runners may set up supplies, full aid at mile 6 for 50K runners, and aid stations at miles 8 and 13 for 100K runners. Pacer rules permit a pacer after two completed loops for 100K runners, with one pacer allowed for the final lap at the homebase.
Camping is a group tent campground available from Friday after 12:00 PM with checkout Monday by 11:00 AM; no trailers or hookups.
