Along the route are Tulip Grove Mansion, Hermitage Church, and The Hermitage Mansion at the finish.
Distances:
- 7K run across mixed surfaces and scenic grounds
- 2-mile walk that follows portions of the main route
Entry information and race services include a registration fee of $40. The first 300 registrants receive a custom medal and a Grounds Pass to The Hermitage valid through October 17, 2027. Registrations made by September 14, 2026 also receive a commemorative race T-shirt. Timing is not chip-timed; a rolling time clock will be provided. Prizes will be awarded to the overall male and female winners.
Participant notes: strollers are not recommended due to unpaved sections and, if used, should start at the back. Dogs are not allowed on the course during the event; leashed dogs are welcome when using the included Grounds Pass after the event and must be cleaned up by their owners.
Parking is accessed via the Old Hickory Blvd entrance, with volunteers and signs directing attendees to designated areas. Packet pick-up is available Friday, October 16 at Fleet Feet Mt. Juliet and on race day at Andrew Jackson’s Hermitage. The event proceeds benefit the Andrew Jackson Foundation and its mission to preserve The Hermitage, create educational opportunities, and inspire informed citizenship.
