Event overview

The 5th Annual 7th President 7K Run takes place on Saturday, October 17, 2026 at Andrew Jackson’s Hermitage, 4580 Rachel’s Lane, Nashville, TN 37076. The event offers a 7K run and a 2-mile walk. The course is described as cross-country and includes paved paths, open fields, grass, a small portion of trail and some paved road. Course highlights include Tulip Grove Mansion, Hermitage Church (built in 1824), and the Hermitage Mansion as the finish area. The race is not chip-timed; a rolling time clock will be provided. Prizes are planned for the overall male and female winners. The first 300 registrants receive a custom medal and a Grounds Pass to The Hermitage valid through October 17, 2027. Registrants who sign up by September 14, 2026 will receive a commemorative race T-shirt.

Logistics and policies

Packet pick-up is available Friday, October 16 at Fleet Feet Mt. Juliet, 630 S. Mt. Juliet Road, Suite 320, Mt. Juliet, TN 37122, or on race day at Andrew Jackson’s Hermitage. Attendees should enter through the Old Hickory Blvd entrance; volunteers and signs will direct parking. Strollers are not recommended because of unpaved areas; if used, they should start at the back. Dogs are not allowed on the course during the race; leashed dogs are permitted on the grounds after the event when using the included Grounds Pass.
