Bells Bend 6 Miler

The Bells Bend 6 Miler is a trail running event held at Bells Bend Park, a natural environment encompassing over 800 acres along the Cumberland River. The race is part of the Nashville Running Company 6 Mile Trail Race Series and is organized in collaboration with the Nashville Outdoor Recreation Festival & Expo.

The terrain consists of soft surfaces, primarily featuring cross-country style grass and packed dirt trails. Participants run through well-groomed paths that offer views of the river as the course navigates the park grounds. The event utilizes a cup-less water station system to maintain the cleanliness of the park environment. Runners are required to carry their own handheld hydration containers to utilize the water and gels provided at the start, finish, and mid-course aid stations.
