Pilgrim's Reckoning: Recce Run 1

Pilgrim's Reckoning: Recce Run 1 is a group reconnaissance run over a stretch of the Pilgrim's Reckoning route following the Bunyan Trail in Bedfordshire. The activity takes place on 25 and 26 July 2026 with the event location given as postal code MK41 7FZ.

The programme runs across two days. Participants may register for a single day or for both days. Published entry prices are: Day 1 standard entry £20.00 plus a £1.15 booking fee, Day 2 standard entry £20.00 plus a £1.15 booking fee, and a two day option priced at £30.00 plus a £1.64 booking fee.

The event organiser is Thunder Races. All entries for this event are non refundable. Deferral of an entry is permitted if requested in writing at least 28 days before the event; deferrals requested within 28 days of the event will not be accepted. Deferred entries cannot be transferred again or refunded and are subject to availability and the organiser's discretion.

An instalment payment option is available. Instalments may be paid in equal amounts up to limits set by the organiser or monthly up to one month before the event. Trail runs nearby

An inflatable 5K obstacle course in St Albans on Saturday 25 April 2026, featuring a series of inflatable obstacles along a 5K route; recent booking figures and participant feedback indicate active interest.

A spring, group-led trail run of around **10 km** through bluebell woods near Tring in the Chiltern Hills, with Run Leaders, trail-running tips, bag storage and nearby cafes. Dog friendly with cani-cross equipment.

A guided 5 km trail run in the Chiltern Hills on 3 May 2026 followed by a Movement Project class. Participants are grouped by ability and supported by Run Leaders; facilities include a cafe, toilets and bag drop.

A two day trail running festival at Deene Park Estate near Corby on 9 and 10 May 2026 offering three challenges including 25 km, 10 km and a 21.1 km half plus a combined 56.1 km Quest with medals for finishers.
