Run the Wild - 5km with Movement Class

Aldbury, United Kingdom • 3 May 2026

5km with Movement Class

This event combines a guided spring trail run in the Chiltern Hills with a subsequent movement session delivered by the Movement Project. The route covers 5 km on wooded trails. Participants are grouped by ability and led by Run Leaders who provide trail running instruction and walk anything assessed as too steep.

Location details note Church Farm Cafe in Aldbury as the local hub. Facilities at the venue include a cafe, toilets and bag storage. Parking is free on site and the start is a 15 minute walk from the nearby rail station. There are 30 spaces available for this event.

What is included on the day: a Run Leader with group guidance, bag storage, trail running instruction and the movement class. What is not included: personal travel and personal insurance. Participants are advised that a list of mandatory kit applies for Run the Wild events.

The movement session aims to expand range of motion and encourage connection with the surrounding natural environment. The format blends practical trail technique taught during the run with an off-run movement practice led by the Movement Project. The tone of the event is instructional and community oriented, with on-route guidance from Run Leaders and basic venue facilities provided.
