5km with Movement Class - Run The Wild

This event takes place in the Chiltern Hills, starting and finishing at Church Farm Cafe in Aldbury. The experience features a guided 5 km trail run through wooded trails and local landscapes. Participants are grouped by ability and led by experienced leaders who provide trail walking and running techniques throughout the session.

Following the run, there is a movement class led by the Movement Project. This session focuses on expanding range of motion, connecting with the natural surroundings, and developing movement skills. The event is designed to accommodate all participants by matching runners with others of a similar pace.

The location is accessible via public transport, situated approximately a 15-minute walk from the nearest train station, which serves regular trains from London Euston. Facilities at the site include free on-site parking, a cafe, toilets, and a bag drop area. Participants are advised to arrive already changed as on-site facilities are limited.

The registration fee includes:

  • A guided run with a dedicated leader
  • Bag storage
  • Trail running instruction
  • A movement class

The event typically concludes by 11:00 am, allowing participants to use the cafe facilities. Mandatory kit requirements apply to all runners participating in the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
