Pikes Peak Road Runners Fall Series
The Fall Series is a set of four trail races held in different city and county parks. The series features increasing distances across varied trail surfaces, from wide grass fields and regional trails to rocky single track with roots and loose rock. One course passes through Piñon Valley Park and Ute Valley Park, where trails are rocky and hilly and snakes may be present. Another course includes sections that organizers describe as having moving rocks and uneven footing.
Key race rules include no animals, no baby joggers or strollers, no earbuds or headphones, and no bikes or trikes. Violation of these rules results in disqualification. Entrants must be at least 15 years old. Early starts may be arranged but times recorded before the official start are unofficial and not eligible for awards.
Distances and locations
- 3.8 miles at Bear Creek Terrace
- 4 miles at North Monument Valley Park

The series is chip timed and all scoring is based on chip time. Awards are given only to participants who complete all four races, including top overall finishers and age group awards in five year increments. No cash awards are offered. Registration is online only and closes the day before each race. A commemorative short sleeve shirt is available for an additional fee.
