Event Format

This is a 6-hour timed running event. Participants can complete as many laps as they wish of a 5.24-mile (approximately 8.4 km) out-and-back course. The minimum distance to receive a finisher's medal is one lap.

Route Details

The route starts at the Jubilee Riverside Centre in Slough. It is a flat course on a wide, crushed stone towpath alongside the Jubilee River. The path goes through countryside with fields on one side and the river on the other, offering views towards Windsor Castle before turning back at Dorney Wetlands. The terrain is an off-road trail with no significant elevation change.

Practical Information
