Phoenix Running West Sussex - Swan Around
Phoenix Running West Sussex will host the Swan Around event at Tilgate Park in Crawley. This is the organisers' first event at this venue. The event uses a 5 km (3.28 mile) out-and-back lap along the Downs Link on compact off-road trail. The course profile is undulating.
The format is a timed, lap-based event that allows participants to choose their distance on the day. Distances offered include:

- 10 km
- Half marathon
- Marathon
- Ultra
Runners may complete as many or as few laps as they wish within a seven hour time limit. A minimum distance is one lap, approximately 3.1 miles (5 km). The organiser operates flexible rock up and run start times; all participants must complete their chosen distance within the event time limit. Every finisher receives a bespoke finisher's medal or memento.
Distance restrictions apply to participants aged 20 or under in line with UK Athletics rules; the organiser provides full terms and conditions. Entry places will be strictly limited.
