This is a timed multi-lap running event held along the Stroud Waterways canal at Ebley Wharf in Stroud, Gloucestershire GL5 4UN. The course is a 3.28 mile out and back route. Participants may complete as many or as few laps as they wish within the overall seven hour time limit.

- 10 km
- Half marathon
- Marathon
- Ultra
The event uses a flexible rock up and run format with a one hour start window so participants can choose a start time within that period. Every participant who completes any distance receives a bespoke finishers medal. Entry fees are stated as £37.95 for affiliated runners and £39.95 for unaffiliated runners.
Age related distance restrictions apply for participants aged 20 or under in line with UK Athletics rules; full terms and conditions cover these restrictions.
