Petzl Night Runner Delamere Forest, hosted by Epic Events, kicks off Round 1 of the Petzl Night Trail Running Race Series. The race is based at Delamere Forest Visitor Centre, Northwich, Cheshire. Runners choose between a 10k (1 lap) or a Half Marathon (2 laps).

A head torch is required to light the path; the course is signposted with reflective markers and is muddy in winter conditions. The event atmosphere is festive, with fancy dress encouraged under a Spooky Halloween theme, and there’s a kids race with medals. Included perks: glow-in-the-dark Finisher Medal, electronic timing, free hi-res photos.
