Petzl Night Runner Delamere Forest takes place on 25th October 2025 at Delamere Forest Visitor Centre, Northwich, Cheshire (CW8 2JE). It is Round 1 of the Petzl Night Trail Running Race Series. The start and finish are at the main visitors centre. Fancy dress is encouraged and the theme for Delamere is "Spooky Halloween". The course is marked with reflective signs.

Distances:
- 10k - 1 lap
- Half Marathon - 2 laps; this distance was first introduced in 2024 and has been retained
The route has varied terrain and is often very muddy, so a good quality head torch and trail or fell shoes with an aggressive tread are required. Warm clothing is recommended and a wind or waterproof jacket is advised. Minimum age for the races is 16 on the day. There is a free 1 km kids event with medals for all finishers. Dogs may not take part in the race; they may attend as supporters in the start/finish area.
Entry fees are listed as £32 for the 10k and £39 for the Half Marathon. Entries close either at noon on the Friday before the event or when the event fills.
