Teams are not allowed. There are no junior races listed.

Entry and other information

Pre-entry is available for all courses. Entry on the day is permitted. Published fees are: £5 for the 5-mile race, £10 for the 16 km race, and £17 for the 28 km race; the same amounts apply for pre-entry and on-the-day entry as shown. Race HQ provides tea, coffee and cakes. A race memento is noted for the long course. Technical t-shirts may be available for additional cost.
