Peak Raid Mountain Marathon is a three hour mountain marathon score event held in the Dark Peak area of the Peak District, England. The event uses staggered starts and is organised as solo or pairs competition. The precise venue is to be announced.

Entry is by pre-entry only; there are no on-the-day entries. Fees are listed separately for members and non-members with early bird and late entry adjustments. Entries close on the Sunday prior to the event. A pre-printed waterproof map is provided for competitors.

The event has a permit and associated UK Athletics insurance through the FRA. Minimum age for participation is 14. Runners under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged over 21. Team entries are not permitted and there are no separate junior races.

Participants receive post-race hot drinks and flapjack. Skills indicated for the event are listed as ER and NS. Trail runs nearby

Herod Farm Fell Race is a classic mid-week fell run. The course covers 3 miles with 1,100ft of ascent. Race HQ at Jubilee House offers parking, toilets, and post-race refreshments.

A social 10k trail run from Kickback Coffee in Bollington with free coffee on arrival, stiles and steady climbs, panoramic views, and dogs welcome though leads may be required through fields.

A 230 km Pennine Bridleway trail challenge to be completed within 75 hours, crossing Peak District and Yorkshire moors to finish in Cumbria. Indoor checkpoints provide hot meals, sleeping space and water support.

Trail runs at Thoresby Park on 18 April 2026 across over 1,000 acres, with distances from a 2km family run to a half marathon. Canicross entries and Nordic walkers are welcome; finishers receive merchandise, a medal, and a snack.
