Event overview
The 2026 Paradise Springs 5k & 10k takes place on February 28, 2026 at Paradise Springs, 13219 Yates Ford Rd, Clifton, VA. The event is organized by Bishops Events and points from the races count toward the year-long 5k, 10k and Back of the Pack series, and the Sippin Series. A virtual race option is offered for participants who cannot attend in person.

Runners receive a glass of wine from Paradise Springs Winery, a finisher medal, a technical Dri-fit event shirt, and chip timing. T-shirts are guaranteed for entrants registered before February 18. Registration fees listed by the organizer: 5k $35 until February 15 (then $40), 10k $50 until February 15 (then $55). Race-morning registration incurs an additional $5 per distance.
Course, logistics and results
The course is a technical trail route through Hemlock Overlook Park and along the river, with notable elevation changes and a rocky technical section. The 10k is two laps of the 5k route. Water stations: three on the 10k (approximate mile markers 2.3, 3.1 and 5.4) and one on the 5k (approximate mile marker 2.3). Restrooms are available in the winery.
Awards are given to the top three men and women overall and first male and female in listed age groups; overall top-three finishers are not eligible for age-group awards. Live results are posted on Athlinks and final results with series points are posted the Monday after the race. Photos taken by staff are posted to the event Facebook page by the Tuesday after the event. Packet pickup is available at the event and race day registration is offered.
