Event Details

The Paper Maker OCR is an obstacle course race held at Lacamas Lake Regional Park in Camas, Washington. This is the event's fifth annual edition.

The main course is 4 miles long, featuring 14+ obstacles built into the natural terrain. The obstacles include crawls, carries, balance tests, tree hurdles, and log jumps. The course runs on packed dirt trails, rocky paths, and shaded forest corridors with natural elevation changes, tree-rooted trails, rolling hills, and water crossings. Bypass options for obstacles are available for those needing to modify or skip safely.

The event offers a competitive wave with prizes awarded to the top two male and top two female racers. Competitive participants must complete all obstacles to a specific standard to qualify. There is also an open community wave and a team & friends wave.

A separate Kids Race is available for children ages 4-8. This short, looped course features mini obstacles such as low crawls, small hurdles, and balance challenges. Parent supervision is required. Participants in the Kids Race receive a finisher's shirt.
