OUTLAST is a six hour trail endurance challenge held in Granbury, TX on 12/05/2026. The format requires runners to complete a 5K loop every hour, on the hour; each lap must be finished within the hour to continue. The listed event distance for the 6 Hour Challenge is 18 Miles.

Courses are trail based with natural terrain, elevation changes, and variable surface conditions; some sections may include pavement or gravel. Recognition and awards are tiered by laps completed: four laps earn a Grit Earned patch, five laps earn a Survivor patch, and completing all six laps earns a premium OUTLAST medal. All participants receive a premium OUTLAST tee. Local winners are determined by the fastest combined 5K times; the top male and female at this race each receive $1,000. Finishers who complete all six laps are ranked on the national leaderboard. The fastest runner across all OUTLAST six hour events receives a $1,000 national prize and the top 100 national times by the end of the 2026–2027 tour will be invited to the Outlast Championship in 2027.
