The Outlands Endurance Race takes place on April 18, 2026, at Peninsula Campground in Pilot Hill, California. Courses run along the lakeside edges of Folsom Lake on a mix of singletrack and double-wide trails. Routes are configured as out-and-back courses that go beyond the campground and nearby parking areas.

- 25K - out-and-back; 1452 ft elevation gain; singletrack and double-wide trails.
- 50K - out-and-back; 3407 ft elevation gain; singletrack and double-wide trails.
- 50M - out-and-back; 6100 ft elevation gain; singletrack and double-wide trails.
Aid, cut-offs, and additional details
Aid stations are placed along each course and are stocked with water, hydration mix (including Skratch), light snacks, and warm foods; listed items include gels, chips, candy, potatoes, and bananas. The 25K has two aid stations, the 50K has four, and the 50M has seven. Drop bags are allowed at Acorn Creek (Aid Station #2) and Magnolia Ranch (Aid Station #4) where specified. Cut-off checkpoints are established at several aid stations and specific mile markers on the 50K and 50M courses. All finishers receive an Outlands runner hat, a custom wood award, and a post-race meal; top finishers receive a custom wood plaque or standing award. The 50K and 50M qualify for the Sierra Ultra Trifecta. The event supports a donation-matching initiative with several nonprofit partners.
