The course is a roughly 1.35 mile loop composed mainly of crushed gravel and grassy trail with sections of wooded singletrack and a short paved segment near the parking area. The route will be marked with flagging tape and signage; all course markings will be on the right-hand side. Each lap begins and ends at the same location with access to the aid station and crew areas.

An aid station at the start/finish will provide water, electrolytes, broth, gels, snacks, sandwiches, and rotating hot food overnight and into the following day. Bathrooms are located close to the aid station. Participants may set up tents or use vehicles for access to supplies and rest; there is ample parking. Propane grills and open flames are not permitted except in the stationary charcoal grills fixed in the park near overhead shelters.
All participants receive a custom finisher medal and an event shirt. Special awards include a coin for 100K finishers and a belt buckle for 100 plus mile finishers. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
