NYC Trail Mix - November 14, 2026
NYC Trail Mix is a Redpoint ultra trail event on Staten Island that benefits the Greenbelt Conservancy. The event uses the island's trail network and highlights sections of Blood Root Valley, High Rock Park, La Tourette Park, and the Field of Dreams.
Courses are organized as looped laps that minimize road crossings and include extensive single track. Loop formats listed by distance:
- 50 Miler: 3 x 16.6 mile loop
- 50K: 2 x 15.5 mile loop
- 1/2 Marathon: 1 x 13.1 mile loop
There are three main aid stations located at High Rock, La Tourette, and the Nature Center. High Rock is about 5 miles into each loop and does not allow crews, spectators, or drop bags. La Tourette is about 11 miles into each loop and allows crews, spectators, and drop bags. The Nature Center shares the Start/Finish location. The half marathon visits two aid stations; the 50K visits five; the 50 mile visits eight.
Parking is provided at the recreation center and nearby lots on Brielle Avenue near 501 Brielle Ave, Staten Island. The Start/Finish area is accessible by a short gravel path or shuttle. The event has used volunteer support and fundraising to contribute to trail maintenance work with the Greenbelt Conservancy. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
