NSCCL 2025 round 4 - Keele is a cross country race in the North Staffs Cross Country League, held on 13 December 2025. The league uses traditional cross country courses in North Staffordshire and South Cheshire. The series consists of four races with team and individual competitions; scoring is based on finishing position. The senior leagues are divided into two divisions with promotion and relegation between them.

• Under 11s - Male: 2000m, Female: 2000m
• Under 13s - Male: 3500m, Female: 2000m
• Under 15s - Male: 4500m, Female: 3500m
• Under 17s - Male: 5000m, Female: 4500m

Teams, scoring and rules

Team scoring varies by age group. Counts to score: Under 11s/13s/15s/17s - 3 to count. Senior Division 1 - 6 to count (male) and 4 to count (female). Senior Division 2 - 4 to count for both sexes. Vets (Over-35s) - 6 to count (male) and 4 to count (female). Vets (Over-50s) - 4 to count. Scores from all four races count for seniors; for under-17s the best three of four races count. League rules require first-claim members only to compete and club colours must be worn by club members. Guest runners may enter without a club; they will appear in individual results but not in club team results.

Entry and administration

Age category is determined by age on 31 August. For Under 11s, entrants must be at least 9 on race day. Closing date is 12 December 2025 21:00. Status is listed as Open.
