Novemberfest Race for the Nashua Children's Home

The Novemberfest Race is a trail event held in Nashua, New Hampshire. The race features a single distance for participants:

The course takes runners through the trails of Mine Falls Park. These wide trails provide the setting for the race, with the start and finish area located near the Pine St. Extension entrance of the park, approximately 200 yards west of the Millyard Smokestack.

All proceeds from the event benefit the Nashua Children's Home. This organization supports boys and girls through residential and educational programs, special education services, and supportive housing for young adults transitioning to independent living.

Post-race activities are held at Martha's Exchange Restaurant & Brewery at 185 Main Street. This portion of the event includes an awards ceremony and a raffle. Every registered runner receives one raffle ticket with their entry, and additional tickets are available for purchase. Prizes include items such as gift certificates to local restaurants and automotive accessories. Participants must be present at the restaurant to claim raffle prizes.

Trail runs nearby

A recurring morning trail run in the Fells for women and nonbinary folks. The group runs a 3 miles loop at a comfortable pace of about 11 to 12 minutes per mile; steady rain or thunder cancels.

Multi distance trail races along the Wapack Trail from Mount Watatic to North Pack Mountain. The technical, rocky course has large elevation gain, five aid stations, drop bag service and limited entries.

A community 5 km run and walk on May 9, 2026 at Pinkerton Academy in Derry, NH, with a course across campus and nearby cross-country trails. Proceeds support the Pinkerton Fund to benefit students.

A 50 mile point to point ultramarathon from Manchester, NH to Mount Monadnock with about 6000+ feet of gain over road, dirt road and trail. GPX only navigation, limited to 125 runners, with aid stations about every 10 miles.
