The Manchester 2 Monadnock Ultramarathon is a point-to-point 50 mile ultramarathon held in New Hampshire on May 16, 2026. The course covers roughly 6000+ feet of elevation gain and travels through Manchester, Goffstown, New Boston, Greenfield, Peterborough, Dublin and Jaffrey before finishing in a state park off Poole Reservoir.
The route surface is a mix of road (60%), dirt road (20%) and trail (20%). Approaching the finish, runners arrive at the Pumpelly Trailhead at Dublin Lake, ascend to the summit via the Pumpelly Trail, and descend using the White Arrow and Parker Trail to the finish area. The event uses a GPX only format with minimal to no course markings; entrants are required to download and use the provided GPX file for navigation.
Logistical details include five staffed aid stations located at approximately every 10 miles, and the option for runners to leave well labeled, reasonably sized drop bags at aid stations. There is a cutoff at the Pumpelly Trailhead (mile 45). The field is limited to 125 entrants. No official shuttle service to return runners to the start is provided; entrants should plan their own return transportation or coordinate with other entrants.
A refund policy is in place: full refund minus registration platform fees when cancellation is completed through the registration system at least 30 days before the race; within 30 days the fee is forfeited or may be deferred to the following year; within one week the fee is forfeited.
