Distances & Format

The race offers two formats on a 5-mile loop course.

  • Flat Rock 5 Mile: Participants complete one 5-mile loop.
  • Flat Rock 6 Hour: Participants complete as many 5-mile loops as possible within a six-hour time limit.

Course Description

The course features nearly 600 feet of elevation gain per loop. It traverses the Arched Bridge Conservation Area, part of an old railroad bed, a former granite quarry and farm, and the tops of the old Blanchard Hill Ski Area and Flat Rock Hill. The loop is well-marked.

Additional Information

The event is held with permission from the Dunstable Conservation Commission and the Dunstable Rural Land Trust. The race will be held regardless of weather conditions.
