Online registration closes before race week and the event typically sells out. The entry fee for paid distances is $25; a youth fun run is free and discounted youth entries are available for runners 19 and under. The race has a no-refund and no-transfer policy. Deferrals are generally not available except in emergencies; pregnancy-related deferrals may be allowed for up to two years, with possible documentation requested.
Course and logistics
The race uses a bespoke 10K loop that is described as relatively flat and smooth; longer distances repeat the loop with additional trail segments added to approach the advertised distances. The course is marked with flagging and signs at major intersections. There is one aid station located at the loop start/finish for each 10K lap. This is a cupless event; participants must bring their own hydration system. Aid station offerings are vegan friendly and include drinks, fruit, snacks, sandwiches, and savory items.
Parking is at the grassy field by the start/finish; carpooling is recommended. Pacers are not allowed and crew access is limited to the start/finish aid station. The event follows Leave No Trace principles and provides policies to support adaptive athletes and youth entrants. Volunteers are used for many roles on race day.
