4th Annual Northeast Trail 5K (RUN/WALK)

The 4th Annual Northeast Trail 5K (RUN/WALK) is a community event taking place at Griffith Park in Los Angeles. This event features a trail-based course through the park at 4730 Crystal Springs Drive. Participants have the option to complete the distance by either running or walking.

The event supports the Northeast Division Youth Programs, which provide structured activities, mentorship, and engagement with law enforcement officers for young individuals. These programs focus on life skills and personal growth. The registration is open to both adults and youth between the ages of 7 and 17.

Participants can expect the following:

  • 5 km run/walk distance

The first 500 individuals to register will receive a custom finishers medal and an event t-shirt. On the day of the event, packet pick-up and new registrations are available on-site. Awards are presented to the top three male and top three female runners. The event takes place regardless of weather conditions, operating rain or shine.
