New Forest Hinton Admiral Trail Run

The event takes place at the private Hinton Admiral Estate inside the New Forest National Park in Hampshire. Routes are offered over forest paths, open heathland and meadows, with views across wide heathland and winding woodland tracks.

Distances available:

  • 21.4k Half Marathon
  • 15.1k Trail Run
  • 10k Trail Run

Trails are described as gently rolling with small ups and downs, mostly wide runnable paths and generally good footing. Elevation gain varies by distance, with the longest route showing the greatest climb. Course signage uses pink arrows and pink tape, and hazards or road junctions are marked with caution signs.

Entries include chip timing, a high-quality metal finishers medal, a finisher goodie and a refreshing drink, a personalised certificate, on-course refreshments and water stations, first aid cover and marshals on course. Canicross entries are available and the event allows one dog per runner; organisers advise bringing poo bags, water, treats and an appropriate lead. The event operates plastic free at water stations so runners should bring a reusable cup or bottle. Runners collect bib numbers on arrival and should display the bib clearly on the front.
